  • The Indy Pass will no longer be accepted at Powder after the 2023/24 season.

Powder Mountain used to cap season pass sales – are you still?

No, everyone in the community who wants a Powder Season Pass can get one. Our top priority is to keep the resort uncrowded. To achieve this, we've replaced and added three new lifts, continue to limit day tickets, and do not accept mega passes. With our expansive resort and plans for continued growth, we have plenty of space to offer an uncrowded experience for all.

Will Powder be offering Buddy Tickets this season?

Yes, Powder Mountain will offer eight 50% off Buddy Tickets for the 2025/26 season to Season Passholders, excluding Youth and Child Season Passes, and all Midweek Passes. Buddy Tickets have no blackout dates and can be shared with friends and family, but should not be resold.

What lifts and terrain can I access with my pass?

Ski Lifts: Lightning Ridge, Paradise Express, Timberline, Sundown, Hidden Lake, Sunrise, Sun Tunnel, and Saddle Horn.

Bus Terrain: Powder Country and Woody's World.

Hike-To Terrain: James Peak, Baldy, and Lefty's Canyon.

How and when can I use my benefits?

Buddy tickets, discounts to our retail shops and food and beverage offerings, and all other perks will be available at the start of the 2025/26 season. Be on the lookout for communication regarding the redemption process before the season starts. The three dates for Powder’s Passholder Early Access Days are January 24th, February 14th, and March 14th, 2026.

Your FREE OpenSnow account can be redeemed here. Make sure to redeem your account before the December 1st cutoff date. Please remember this is not available if you are an existing paying OpenSnow subscriber.

Are Epic, Ikon, or Indy passes allowed at Powder Mountain?

No. Powder Mountain does not accept any mega passes.

What are the Midweek Pass blackout dates?

All Saturdays and Sundays, and 12/26/25–1/2/26, and 2/14/26–2/16/26.

How much will Lift Tickets be in 2025/26?

Lift Ticket prices vary based on the ticket type and the date you're planning to visit. Please note that day tickets are limited to maintain an uncrowded experience. Ticket prices are dynamic; purchase in advance to guarantee the lowest price. For more information about Lift Tickets and prices, click here.

Does Powder Mountain still have a waitlist for season passes?

No, anyone can purchase a pass. We are committed to remaining uncrowded by limiting Lift Ticket sales and not allowing mega passes at Powder Mountain.
