Beginners progress fastest with isolated terrain, repeatable runs, and consistent pitch. Solution: Doodle lift provides secure access to beginner-exclusive zone. No through-traffic. Terrain calibrated for first turns. Paired with upgraded instructor personnel and dedicated learning area. Mission: accelerate skill development from first day to mountain-ready.

PROJECT: SUNDOWN LIFT
OPERATIONS UPGRADE
Primary chairlift infrastructure required enhanced capacity and reliability. Solution: high-speed quad replacing legacy fixed-grip system. Increased uphill throughput. Extended operational window for nocturnal skiing operations. Optimized for maximum lap efficiency. Day and night deployment confirmed.

PROJECT: SUNDOWN LODGE
RECONSTRUCTION INITIATIVE
Authorization granted for base reconstruction. Groundbreak summer 2026. New 15,000 sq ft lodge opens 2027/28 season. Facility includes Ski & Snowboard School, equipment rentals, food and beverage, lockers, and guest services. Parking relocated to optimize base circulation. Two-year transformation improves traffic flow and guest experience.
