Turn N Burn returns this year for its 10th Anniversary! This snowboard-only banked slalom is a high-speed, high-stakes event that brings racers back year after year for their chance to top the podium in their division and win prizes, cash, and a coveted Turn N Burn champion vest. Separate divisions for groms, teens, and adults make this a can’t-miss event for the whole family.
Stroll our Vendor Village near the Timberline Lodge base area throughout the day, too, for a chance to score some sweet swag and check out offerings from our partners. Whether you’re lining up to tackle the course or watching racers from the base area, Turn N Burn is an event that brings the stoke for everyone involved.

Registration & Tickets
- Discounted lift tickets are available on race day for competitors at $129
- Registration fee: $35 for Open Divisions, $25 for all other divisions. The Crab Grab One-Footed Race is free to enter!
Course Practice Day
Get ahead of the competition with our first-ever Course Practice Day. Dial in your line and prep your gear before the main event.
- Course Practice: Friday, 03/20 from 12:00pm – 3:30pm
- Early Check-In: Friday, 03/20 from 12:00pm – 6:00pm in The Backyard
- Discounted Tunes: Take 50% off tunes at the Powder Mountain Tune Shop during Course Practice Day
Event Details
- Participants can enter only one division (Amateur or Open) with the exception of the Crab Grab One-Footed Race
- Helmets are required to race
