Fuel Up, Seed Oil Free!
At Powder Mountain, we’re proud to be completely seed oil free. From sauces, dressings, and marinades to freshly baked pastries and breads, everything is crafted in-house without seed oils. We fry wings, tenders, and fries in beef tallow and bake with real butter for unmatched flavor.
Partnering with Olympia Provisions, we’re the only ski resort serving their GAP-certified frankfurters, brats, and custom sausages. Our pizza dough is made fresh and fermented overnight, topped with premium Grande cheese from Wisconsin. Wherever possible, we source local meats, produce, and fruits from the Ogden Valley.
Come taste the difference.
