Join us in celebrating the unveiling of Powder Mountain's new Sun Tunnel surface lift and art installation at the Sundown Center on Saturday, January 6th, from 10 am to 12 pm.
Titled Relay, this work by the artist duo Gerard & Kelly shows the movement of light as the sun moves across the sky and through the tunnel, creating a multi-colored sundial, a machine for keeping time. Read more about the artist statement and inspiration behind the work below.
The first 100 attendees will receive a free Sun Tunnel only lift ticket and enjoy cupcakes while having the opportunity to create their own Sun Tunnel-inspired crafts. Bring your children for a morning of sun-filled fun.
