Digging Trenches: Hip-to-Snow Carving

Digging Trenches is for skiers and snowboarders who can carve the perfect arc but need some refinement, or those looking to feel the sensation of hip-to-snow carving for the first time.

This program provides tips and techniques along with time to practice and break through to the next level of performance.

The clinic will be structured and paced around what you need to improve in your form, utilizing terrain-based learning, engaging activities, and dynamic movement to help you achieve your goals.

Who It’s For
Skiers and snowboarders who can ski parallel or ride confidently on blue runs, who want to:

  • Learn to carve or refine their carving technique through discussions of angulation, stance, alignment, and more.
  • Discover drills you can take with you to keep up your progression
  • Build your technical foundation to reach the next level of the sport
